The Silver Oak Vintner Collection's release of the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon holds a special place in the Napa Valley Vine Trail Vintner Collection. Silver Oak takes pride in producing only one Napa Valley bottling, and this exclusive wine is uniquely featured in the VINE TRAIL Vintner Collection. Notably, the 2021 Silver Oak is the final bottle of the 10, completing the entire collection.
This Cabernet Sauvignon showcases exceptional Napa Valley fruit, adhering to the iconic California Cabernet winemaking style. With distinct notes of blackberry, peppercorn, and violets, the wine presents a plush midpalate and a balanced, vibrant finish.
The Silver Oak bottle features a map etched onto it, symbolizing the starting point of the VINE TRAIL in Vallejo. As construction progresses on the VINE TRAIL, spanning 13.7 miles and connecting Vallejo to Napa County, an exciting development includes an 8-mile stretch passing through Twomey vineyards, set to open in Spring 2024.
