The Crocker & Starr name reflects the unique partnership between Charlie and Pam and the key components that each one brings to the table to achieve great wine: great grapes and great talent. In 1997, Charlie Crocker and Pam Starr established Crocker & Starr with a common goal of resurrecting this historic St Helena vineyard estate and creating world-class wines from its extraordinary terroir.
Our philosophy at Crocker & Starr is to capture the personality of the vineyard in powerful and balanced wines without compromise. At the heart of our program is the more than 40 year old vines which yield our prized Cabernet Sauvignon "Stone Place". Fall 2020 marks the 21st release of this iconic Cabernet Sauvignon.
Since 1997, we have been making exceptional wines highlighting our unique St. Helena Estate Vineyard. Our 2019 Crocker & Starr Estate Vine Trail Cabernet Sauvignon is an exclusive blend of our highest quality blocks, which tells the story of our soil and history. This wine is a true expression of our site, boasting phenomenal components of blackberry, cassis, cocoa powder, dried flowers, and toasted sandalwood spice. Balanced, seamless, and incredibly elegant, this blend brings full-bodied richness with finesse and purity of fruit.
