Partner Spotlight: Bouchon Bakery

03/31/2022

Your annual gift of $47 helps us to complete the 47-mile Vine Trail --from the ferry in Vallejo to Calistoga-- and maintaining it for years to come. As an annual donor, you’ll receive VINE TRAIL membership benefits and a subscription to our monthly newsletter. We are pleased to offer promotions and discounts from our treasured Membership Partners from up and down the Napa Valley.

Located in Yountville, steps from the VINE TRAIL, Bouchon Bakery was first conceived as a way to provide Keller’s Bouchon Bistro and The French Laundry with one-of-a-kind breads. Quickly, the bakery blossomed into an important establishment in its own right.

In the style of classic French boulangeries, the bakery features a wide selection of artisanal breads and classic desserts inspired by Chef Keller’s memories of life in France, as well as his own childhood in the United States.

Blending traditional techniques with the science of bread making, the breads of Bouchon Bakery meet Chef Keller’s exacting standards. Pastry chef Nicholas Bonamico makes an array of sweet delights including classic Viennoiserie, such as croissants and pain au chocolat, breakfast items like muffins and coffee cakes as well as an ever-changing selection of tarts, cookies and other treats. The bakery also offers a full range of espresso drinks and coffee, custom-blended by Chef Keller’s longtime partner Equator Coffee Roasters. For guests interested in enjoying a full meal, Bouchon Bakery offers savory items like sandwiches.

There is a good chance you have been to Bouchon Bakery in Yountville. Now when you go back with your VINE TRAIL Membership you will get 10% discount for breads, pastries and barista drinks.

Make sure to stop by Bouchon Bakery on 6528 Washington St in Yountville the next time your on the VINE TRAIL.
